“Birth Stories: Look What Made Love” is a podcast created by Tracy Caldwell that centers joyful, affirming, and honest birth stories, which are too often missing from conversations about maternal health. By uplifting lived experiences and moments of connection, the podcast works to reframe how we talk about birth and how families approach maternal health decisions. Too often, birth narratives are dominated by fear or trauma. Birth Stories offers an alternative–a space for celebration and empowerment. The podcast highlights the beauty, strength, and love that shape birth experiences, helping listeners get informed and feel less alone.
